MISSION STATEMENT

We address the critical needs of individuals by providing

support for addictions, recidivism, homelessness, mental health challenges, and displaced Veterans, through holistic care, education, vocational training, and job opportunities.

OUR GOAL

Our goal is to rebuild broken lives with a holistic approach through restorative programs, spiritual guidance, counseling, mentoring, job readiness, and training from in-house services, together with community collaborations and other resources to provide a second chance to those who need one.

About Us

Founded in 2017, The Olive Branch Initiative provides OSHA-trained construction labor for projects of all sizes, while promoting the well-being of Veterans, returning citizens, youth at risk, the homeless, and individuals with mental health challenges. Our crews handle site preparation, material handling, debris removal, safety compliance, and general jobsite support, and can also provide final cleaning services. We hire locally, delivering economic impact to the communities where projects occur, and offer training that gives participants marketable skills and workforce experience, many of whom go on to stable employment or entrepreneurship. Our workforce is scalable nationwide, providing companies with a flexible, dependable labor force that helps projects stay on schedule, meet OSHA standards, and gives individuals a hand up, not a handout.
